Wow we came here looking at the snow equipment and the service was impeccable. The staff are all so knowledgeable and super willing to help educate you to find what gear will suit you best. I can't commend them enough for their hard work and dedication. It can definitely get busy but everyone was very efficient while being patient with us. The ski/snowboard rental prices are also pretty reasonable, slightly cheaper than some other places around.

For once the guys in the running shoes section actually know what they're saying. It is rare to have someone take your feedback and really dial in on the exact product you need. They helped me find a running and walking shoe and easily the best purchase I've made in a decade shoes wise.

Tony and his team at the ski shop are amazing. I brought in a pair of skis and AT bindings for them to mount. A day after I brought them in I received a call that the bindings were not performing to the required safety level. Tony spent the entire day testing a new pair of bindings from the shop, a pair from a separate Sports Basement location, and finally recommended a different brand of binding because all of them failed. They take their work extremely seriously and even got my twigs back to me before the quoted pick up date. These guys rock.

Have regularly had really fantastic service here (despite wait times occasionally being long for snow sports rentals/sales). My go to for season snow gear rentals, and outdoor/technical clothes. Gina, in particular, has helped me a couple of times now with an absolutely refreshing level of competency and friendliness.

I went in looking for running shoes that would work for my situation and John was a great help. He informed me of some of the differences in types of shoes and brands and assisted me with finding a pair that felt most comfortable when I walked out of the store. This assistance was important because I have foot issues that make buying shoes a challenge. Best part is I have been wearing them for a month and they are still very comfortable.

Went in to find and get fitted for new snowboarding boots. Cameron helped me and was very knowledgeable about the different boot options. We finally found the perfect pair and he even went the extra mile to get them heat molded for me before leaving the store. Top notch service from Cameron and the store. Even got to use a killer 20% off coupon that saved me a bunch. 5 stars as always team!

I often shop at Sports Basement and was enticed to make a visit because of the 25% off birthday sale. There was some confusion about what was on sale when I checked out and ended up only receiving my member 10% discount. I mentioned this in a previous review. A Sports Basement management person, Anna promptly responded that she would help out and provide the 25% sale discount. She mentioned customer satisfaction and happiness is the number one priority. Anna recommended I stop by the store so my card could be credited for the 25% discount. She backed her words by following through with kind and helpful action! My shopping experience ultimately turned out to be excellent and I will continue to shop at Sports Basement. Sports Basement continues to offer great products at reasonable prices and courteous, professional service. Thanks so much Anna!!
